Terms & Conditions

 

If you book our services you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of hire, which together with our privacy policy and copyright govern by Mohsin Events Services relationship with you in relation to your booking and our web site. The term 'Mohsin Events Services', ‘us’, ‘we’ or 'our' refers to the owner of the website and or hire items. The term ‘you’ or 'your' refers to the user, viewer or client of our website and services.

 

Quotes:  All quotes remain valid for 1 week. Our services and hire items are subject to availability at the time of booking.

 

Booking:  A non refundable “booking deposit” is required to hold our services for your date and will be deducted from the final invoice total. Please be advised to book early, bookings are taken on a first come first served basis. All bookings must be confirmed to us in writing or purchase order.

 

Advance Payment: Booking will be confirmed by not less than 50% advance payment. Balance payment has to make on day of event.

 

Balance payment:  Your final balance payment is due no later than the day of your event.

 

Cash payments: Transactions below than Dhs. 5000 will be paid in cash. 

 

Cheque payments: Cheque payments are acceptable if transaction amount in more than Dhs. 5000. Please issue the cheque on the name of MOHSIN EVENTS SERVICES

 

Delivery and Pickup: Delivery and pick up rates are based on the time and location of your event. There is a minimum order amount that must be met before charges are applied

 

Set Up & Tear Down: Set up and tear down service is available at an additional cost. Arrangement must be made in advance.

 

Rental Period: All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item. We prefer to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after.

 

Care & Cleaning: All glassware and food service items must be rinsed, food-free and repacked in their containers for return. Moist or wet tablecloths should not be bundled or bagged. Please lay open until completely dry. Our prices are inclusive of general laundering and cleaning costs.  In the very rare event that damage has been caused to hire items purposefully, or by treating them without care, additional laundering, repair or replacement charges will be incurred.

The total number of hired items must be available for collection after your event.

 During the period of hire, you shall be solely responsible for the hired goods.

 

Damage Deposit: A refundable “damage deposit” is required for most bookings in case of loss or damage to hire items. The amount is calculated once the full list of your hire items is known and will be deducted from the final invoice total.

 

Cancellation Policy: Any items cancelled less than 72 hours prior to delivery or will-call date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Special order items are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Cancellation for whatever reason will result in the forfeit of the “booking deposit” and any other payments already made at the time of cancellation.

 All hire items, storage sacks or containers remain the property of Mohsin Events Services at all times.

 

Loss or Damage:   “Mohsin Events Services” is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by items hired.

 All damaged goods remain the property of “Mohsin Events Services” at all times.

It is your responsibility to recover any losses to hire items incurred from any third party involved.

Loss or damage to hired items is charged at full replacement value including any delivery costs incurred. No substitute items will be accepted.

Replacement cost to hire items is available on request.

If damage or loss to hire items has occurred, we will invoice you inclusive of any amount exceeding your “damage deposit” within 7 days of your event.

 The balance for loss must be settled within 7 days of receipt of your invoice.

If the amount of loss is less that the “damage deposit” any remaining balance will be settled with the client.

 “Damage deposit” cheques will only be cashed if loss or damage occurs.

 “Damage deposit” cheques will be returned, after satisfactory collection by Mohsin Events Services of all hire items where no loss or damage has been incurred.

 If no damage deposit has been requested, we reserve the right to invoice you for any loss or damage during your hire period.
